Candytufts

The candytuft, also known as the iberis plant, are perennial blooms that can help your landscape look bright and vibrant during the fall. During the spring, they bloom once, and twice during the fall. Its tiny, delicate blooms can fill out your garden. Plant them in well-drained soil in an area of your yard where there’s a lot of sunshine or partly shady. Keep them regularly watered, as well.

Cyclamens

Cyclamens also do well in the shade. They’re aesthetically appealing because of their pink, white, and red blooms. Typically, people pot cyclamens, but you can also add them to your garden bed, even during winter. If you want a more elegant yard, then cyclamens are ideal.

Iceland Poppies

Iceland poppies have poppy blooms that sit atop long, leafless stems. They typically grow 1-2 feet in various bloom colors, including pink, yellow, white, and other colors. Usually, poppy blooms thrive well in the winter, as well.

Snapdragons

Snapdragons are very versatile and well-loved. This particular plant produces blooms that vary in size, shape, and color. Keep in mind that snapdragons need full sun and constant watering to help them bloom all winter long.

Calendulas

Calendula blooms resemble daisies. Their flowers range from cream to bright orange and yellow. You can pot calendulas or add them to your garden bed to help your landscape look lovely all-year-long.
